Lamar Jackson stepped onto the practice field in Owings Mills, Maryland, on Wednesday. The Ravens quarterback was listed as a full participant. He moved his left ankle, which was taped, and threw the ball without visible difficulty during the observed portion of the session.

Head coach Jesse Minter noted that Jackson’s increased activity raises the team’s optimism. Minter stated, “I think the more you're able to do and respond from and feel from certainly raises your optimism.” He added that the coaching staff will monitor his progress throughout the week to determine his availability.

Baltimore has lost two straight divisional games without Jackson. The offense has struggled, particularly in the second half of recent contests. Players are emphasizing personal accountability rather than blaming the quarterback’s absence for their performance gaps.

Running back Derrick Henry said the team must perform better regardless of roster availability. Henry stated, “I don't really try to look at it as an excuse, not having Lamar.” He emphasized his need to execute every play more effectively, noting that his recent output has not met his internal standards.

Henry expressed confidence in the offensive unit’s work ethic. He said, “I know what I'm capable of.” He believes the collective effort put in by the offense will lead to improved results.

Left tackle Ronnie Stanley pointed to the team’s emotional responses during the recent loss to Cincinnati. He said the players must prevent on-field events from dictating their approach to subsequent drives. Stanley noted, “It makes a big difference, because you can't let the things happening on the field dictate how you're going to play.”

The Ravens face the Buffalo Bills next week. Buffalo will enter the game after a bye week, while Baltimore must wait for a final decision on Jackson’s status later in the week. If cleared, the matchup will feature two of the league’s top quarterbacks.
