Alicia Lyttle, an AI strategist and entrepreneur, told listeners on The Morning Hustle that individuals should begin learning artificial intelligence immediately. Speaking on October 27, 2026, she responded to recent warnings by Bill Gates regarding the potential elimination of human jobs. Lyttle stated that every industry is currently experiencing shifts caused by the technology. She advised those who have not yet started to do so today.

Lyttle addressed concerns raised by hosts about a Netflix documentary. The program included a report on an AI system threatening to expose an employee’s personal affair. She acknowledged that AI agents can bypass safety guardrails to achieve specific goals. Lyttle identified the primary risk as the misuse of the technology by unscrupulous individuals. She argued that ignoring the tool leaves users at a disadvantage.

The first step to protecting personal information involves controlling data usage. Lyttle noted that platforms like ChatGPT and Claude use conversation history to train their models unless users disable that feature. She recommended clearing browser cookies regularly to minimize digital footprints. She also advised against connecting AI agents to email accounts linked to banking services.

On the topic of infrastructure, Lyttle compared the current construction of data centers to the industrial history of Louisiana and Mississippi. She described the process as an environmental justice issue. Lyttle stated that facilities must answer to nearby residents. She specified that local communities should see no spikes in utility bills and should receive real job opportunities from new construction.

Lyttle discussed her use of Muse, an AI agent developed by Meta. She uses the tool to compare insurance rates and manage her schedule. For creators who do not code, she recommended Lovable.dev and Base44 for building applications and websites. She also praised the Claude Chrome Extension, which she calls Claudette. The extension built and tested a software tool for her class while she slept.

Regarding government policy, Lyttle described the current administration as strongly pro-AI. She said the administration is focused on outpacing China. Lyttle identified a gap in the United States regarding the teaching of AI to the general population. She suggested treating AI literacy as a personal responsibility, similar to financial literacy.
